Sheila's Bakery wasn't born in a corporate kitchen — it started at a home counter with a handwritten recipe book, a stand mixer, and a stubborn belief that Waterford deserved better than mass-produced bread.

Today we're still doing exactly that: fermenting dough slowly, creaming butter by hand, and baking in small batches so nothing leaves our oven without earning its place on your plate. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just flour, water, salt, and time — the way baking was always meant to be.
